Empowering Black Leaders for Inclusive Change (EBLIC) Launch

The Empowering Black Leaders for Inclusve Chang(EBLIC) project was officially launched to raise awareness, engage partners and celebrate Black Leadership in Canada. The launch introduced the projects mission to equip Balck Canadians especially youth with the tools, trainings and networks needed to drive inclusive change across arts, culture and community sectors. Through this event, BCEP aimed to inspire collaboration, showcase community impact and highlight the Govenrment of Canada’s support through the Multiculutalism and Anti-Racism program (MARP). Special Thanks and Appreciation Inspiring Keynote by Richard Nonso: Richard Nonso, a celebrated Tomorrow’s Leaders Starting Out winner, shared his journey and insights on overcoming challenges and achieving success. Interactive Workshops: Attendees participated in dynamic workshops that focus on personal development, leadership skills, and goal setting. Networking Opportunities: Attendees also connected with like-minded peers and mentors who can support their your growth and aspirations. Q&A Session: All questions got answered during an interactive Q&A with Richard Nonso.

Fun-Filled Kids and Teen Day Out at Adventure Bay

The Black Canadian Empowerment Program was thrilled to host you at the amazing Adventure Bay in Windsor, Ontario on the 20th of July 2024. The teens and kids dove into a world of water fun, made new friends, and created memories that will last a lifetime! Event Highlights Exciting Water Rides and Slides: Adventure Bay is home to some of the most thrilling water rides and slides. Whether you’re a daredevil or just want to chill out in the lazy river, there was something for everyone! Interactive Activities and Games: We had a lineup of interactive games and activities that were not only fun but also designed to empower and inspire the youth. Special Performances and Workshops: Attendees enjoyed special performances from talented artists and participated in workshops that boosted their confidence and creativity. Delicious Food and Snacks: Our guests refueled with a variety of delicious food and snacks available throughout the day.
