Our program, Black Canadian Empowerment Program (BCEP) is committed to empowering Black Canadians and newcomers through comprehensive support. We are thrilled to announce that Black Canadian Empowerment Program- BCEP has received funding from the Government of Canada through the Multiculturalism and Anti-Racism Program to launch our Empowering Black Leaders for Inclusive Change (EBLIC) initiative. This project will strengthen leadership skills, amplify black youths voices, and create safe, inclusive spaces for communities to thrive.
